OptiPep Peptide Measure & Learn

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of OptiPep and the Peptide Measure & Learn app and website at optipep.net, operated by Revamp LLC (“Revamp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Eligibility and the service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. The app provides educational peptide profiles, a calculator that converts values you enter into a volume or syringe-mark estimate, bookmarks, a locally stored tracker, and optional reminders. Features may change or be unavailable in some regions or app-store versions.

2. Not medical advice

OptiPep is an educational and record-keeping tool, not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, diagnostic service, or emergency service. The app does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition and does not recommend a peptide, dose, preparation method, injection site, or treatment schedule.

The calculator performs arithmetic using information you provide; it cannot verify a prescription, product, concentration, reconstitution method, syringe, or medical suitability. Use only instructions from your licensed clinician or pharmacist. Verify every result and equipment marking with them before use. Stop and ask a professional if anything is unclear. Do not use the app for emergencies.

Educational information and cited sources are provided for general reference, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not endorsements or treatment recommendations. A peptide’s listing in the app does not mean it is approved, safe, effective, or appropriate for you.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use the service only for lawful personal purposes and follow your clinician’s directions.
  • Check the units and values you enter; you are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and decisions.
  • Do not rely on the app as your only medication or health record.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

4. Local data and reminders

Bookmarks, tracker entries, and reminder details are stored locally on your device or browser and are not synced to Revamp’s servers. You control what you enter and can remove entries or reminders in the app. Local storage is not encrypted by the app and may be lost if you clear app data, change devices, or uninstall. Notifications depend on your device settings and may be delayed, blocked, or not displayed.

5. Subscriptions and billing

If paid features are offered, the store purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, introductory offer, trial length, and renewal terms before purchase. The planned mobile offer is a 7-day free trial followed by $1.99 USD per month when that offer is displayed by your store; the purchase screen controls the offer actually available to you.

By accepting the displayed subscription terms and confirming through Apple or Google, you authorize the store to begin the subscription and, after any trial, charge the displayed recurring price unless you cancel before the next renewal. Trial eligibility may vary. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings. Payment processing and refund requests are handled by the applicable store under its terms; Revamp does not control store billing decisions.

6. Ownership and limited license

Revamp or its licensors own the app, its branding, design, and original content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain responsibility for information you enter.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the service is at risk. You may stop using the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, or that the service will retain locally stored data.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and changing the “Last updated” date. If you continue using the service after the revised Terms take effect, that use constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revamp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Revamp’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Revamp for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any permitted court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court located in Florida, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or venue rights that apply to you.
